Charts Web is the interface to your website. It allows bookings generated by your own website to be made directly into your Charts Property Management System.

How does Charts Web work?

Direct internet bookings are made into Charts in real time - tapping into the actual availability

How will you benefit?

• After paying a low annual fee for the web engine, you keep the commission – bookings no longer need to be made by travel agents, although you can give them special access
• You have total control over room availability, room rates and payment methods, and are able to sell beds, rooms or packages
• Each booking is issued with a password for future alterations or cancellations
• Overbooking will be impossible as availability is live.

• Bookings can be made 24 hours a day
• The system provides instant confirmation, with a confirmation number and confirmation printout, and the booking details are instantly entered into Charts
